Oh, a stranger and a familiar visitor. I was expecting you, Ptaah, dear friend, in the evening, but I am happy that you have come here and at the same time I am happy that you are still accompanied by a new visitor. My greetings to both of you for your welcome. May I ask who is your companion, Ptaah? If I judge correctly, his appearance reminds me of the description you gave me on the 10th of July. But I will ask it myself, if I may, because I see that your companion is wearing a language translator, as I know it from your technique. So, then you understand me well, dear visitor, you are probably from Bardan, if I am not mistaken?

Sugam:

1. Yes, I understand you, because as you can see, I carry a language translator on my breast pocket.

2. My name is Sugam, and I am actually a Bardan.

68. Our inhabited planets – of which there are three, as I am sure you know – orbit our central star at three different distances, the next, Bardan 1, in 99.6 million kilometres, my home world Bardan 2 in 145.2 million, and the outermost, Bardan 3, in 198.7 million kilometres orbiting our sun.

69. Such a constellation is extremely rare, especially in the relationship that these three worlds carry life-forms of diverse genera and species, as well as us human life-forms.

Billy:

And what are the rotational times of the three planets?

Sugam:

70. Of course they are different, but the exact orbital period around our central star is only known to me from my home planet Bardan 2.

71. Our planet orbits around the sun in 359.4 days, and its own rotation in relation to day and night is 26.03 hours.

Billy:

These are remarkable figures.

Sugam:

72. But which Jschwisch Ptaah told me to record in my memory, because you would ask for it.

Billy:

Aha. – Well, what form of government do you have?

Sugam:

73. We adopted the Plejaren form of government 37 years ago, which is very good and has solved all our problems.

74. This form exists over all three planets as a common central form of government.

Billy:

So you also do not have wars and the like anymore, I suppose.

Sugam:

75. No.

76. The feuds between the nations have been finally settled, but there is a common large and well-armed protective power on all three planets, which ensures that no more wars and terror can arise.

77. This protective power is also responsible for any defence that may be necessary if intruders appear from outside.

78. However, the peoples themselves no longer possess weapons of war.

79. The Protective Power does not exercise any power with regard to governance, but keeps quietly in the background in order to intervene in case of possible emergencies, which, however, is practically no longer necessary at all; consequently, the Protective Power serves only as a precautionary security and fulfils its purpose.

Billy:

A multinational peacekeeping force, so to speak, that can intervene with logical force or non-violence, as the Nokodemion-Henok-Henoch scheme suggests.

Sugam:

80. I am familiar with the Plejaren statements in this regard.

81. Yes, it is this system that we have adopted on our worlds and whereby we have final peace among all people and peoples of all three planets.

Billy:

It would be nice if this could happen on our Earth too. But on this planet of struggle it will be a very long time before the humans finally become clever enough to do the right thing.

Sugam:

82. We know the conditions on Earth.

83. And indeed, it can be called a battle planet. –

Sugam:

92. With regard to such a protective force, we have already spoken.

93. In fact, in my opinion this would be the only solution.

Billy:

To understand this, however, the majority of the humans on Earth are not yet intelligent enough, besides the fact that there is still a vast barbarism in many people who are only too happy to kill others, for whatever reason. On the other hand, however, there are also many who are indifferent to everything that goes on in the world concerning murder, evil, crime, criminality and war etc., if only it does not concern them and they have a good life in rush and bustle and pleasure. All talking and teaching is of no use, for every word and every piece of advice is spoken into the wind, which carries it away and blows it away unheard.

Sugam:

94. Through all the insights and progress and knowledge that the humans of your world have gained, they should have become more intelligent.

Billy:

Unfortunately, this is not the case, because nothing serious has been learned from all the tens of thousands of wars that have been fought on Earth in the last few millennia. And all these wars were only fought as a result of revenge campaigns, acts of retaliation and claims to power, in addition to the fact that the religions were also involved in them again and again. Religious hatred and racial hatred have been decisive factors in the wars, and they still are today. In addition, however, in the present time also the greed for oil and other earth resources are added, because of which wars are launched, as for example by the US-American war machinations in Afghanistan and in Iraq the case is, whereby Christian religious delusion and religious hatred against people of other faiths as well as the greed for oil and US military bases and economic factors in Arabia shake hands in unison. And all this is done with the lie that the war is being waged in the name of freedom for the peoples concerned, as has been the case for ages. And how the religions and the powers of the state and their believers and followers have for ages created peace on earth among peoples and states is proven by the last 10,000 years, which are full of acts of war and degenerated warlike atrocities. If during this long time all those days and years are added up during which no acts of war actually took place on Earth among all peoples, then one arrives at a miserable 250 years.

Sugam:

95. A shamefulness without equal.

Ptaah:

26. That is putting it mildly.

Billy:

One must be ashamed of this fact of being a human being on Earth.

Ptaah:

27. The righteous need not be involved.

28. And every Earth human being who has done something against it and continues to do something against it – whatever it may be – need not be ashamed.

29. This includes all those who cultivate their thoughts and feelings properly, act correctly and strive to live according to the creative laws.

30. But they are also all those who strive in writing and speaking for the truth and its dissemination.

31. Unfortunately – I know – this is only a small part of the humanity on earth, but they do their duty as human beings and strive to be real human beings themselves.

32. It is they who sow the seeds that will germinate little by little and bear precious fruit in the further future.

33. At present it is especially the faithful, who have gathered around you as core group and passive group members as well as worldwide group-external comrades-in-arms, who are fulfilling your difficult mission as a herald of modern times and a proclaimer of truth.

Sugam:

96. As I know from our own past, our ancestors also had to fight very hard for the truth.

97. Unfortunately, no wise man like you was able to help them in word and deed.

98. Our wise men were well educated in all kinds of things, but they were ignorant about spiritual matters and creation and its laws.

99. Our ancestors believed in gods and demons, and when more than 1,200 years ago our ancestors visited the Earth as space travellers, they returned with a new monotheistic religion that quickly spread to our three worlds and soon led to severe religious wars between the believers of the old gods and demons and the new believers of the Christian faith.

100. The wars lasted 36 long years before reason triumphed and peace was restored.

101. This was done by abolishing and banning religions, a process that took about 160 years before no one believed in gods and demons anymore and the doctrine was finally established that man is God alone and has to bear the responsibility in every respect.

102. Then about 100 years ago the Plejaren came into contact with us, whose philosophy conformed with ours, but which was much more far-reaching than ours.

103. In this way we learned a great deal more, which means that everything in our country today is oriented according to the teaching of truth and spiritual teaching, as this knowledge was transmitted to us by the Plejaren.

104. Thus it has also become known to us that you have appeared on earth as a herald of the modern age and are fulfilling your difficult mission, from which all our peoples also profit, because through the Plejaren we receive the works of your teaching, according to which we orient ourselves.

105. We also know many writings of your faithful, which are also very helpful to us.
